Well, no one has said "ARE YOU CRAZY?!?! There's NO TITLE!" But I did research it, it seems easy to get a duplicate cheap in WI, and the seller DOES have a bill of sale from when he got it, and the shell DOES have a VIN tag on it.
That was the last step to ensure its still worth my time going to look at it, so hopefully I'll report back on Sunday with good news. And pics.
